Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

    • Order number
    • Proof (photos/videos)
  2. Wait for approval
  3. Ship the item back to us

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after inspection
  • Refund method:
    • Original payment method OR
    • Store credit (if applicable)

5. Exchange Policy
